What’s it all about?
Sarah & Duck learn all about ‘Boo Night’ and attempt to make their own scary costumes.
This is the episode where:
• Sarah & Duck are making a crunchy path out of autumn leaves
• Flamingo & John jump out and surprise Sarah & Duck and explain all about ‘Boo Night’ – where you dress up and try to make people jump and ask them for a Boo Sweet!
• Sarah & Duck think this sounds fantastic and go to get their own costumes on. Sarah dresses up as Future Fairy Crayon and Duck dresses up as Robot Ballet-Dancing Dinosaur.
• Bug asks to join in, and Sarah makes him a Vampire Butterfly Pebble costume!
• Sarah, Duck and Bug head out to the town and see that everybody else is out celebrating Boo Night, too!
• Sarah & Duck make Scarf Lady jump and she gives them a sweet knitted treat, but Scarf Lady isn’t scared by Bug.
• Sarah & Duck scare Bread Man and he gives them a boo cake – he also thinks Bug is cute and not scary
• Bug decides to get rid of his current costume and instead glows in the pumpkin lanterns in Bread Man’s window display, scaring everyone watching outside!
This is what we learn...
- Dressing up in costumes can be lots of fun
- You can dress up in all sorts of costumes – all you need is your imagination
- Jumping out at people can often scare them!!
- Even if you are small you can achieve big things with a little creativity
