What’s it all about?
Sarah wants some special lights for her Christmas tree, and Bug knows where she might find them.
This is the episode where:
• Sarah & Duck are in town shopping for Christmas lights, but Sarah doesn’t like any of them
• Back at home, Sarah tries to put Umbrella in the tree – but it’s not quite right; the tree still needs to glow
• Sarah has a little sit and think
• Night time comes and Sarah notices that Bug is glowing! They follow him outside and into a tunnel through the hedge and discover a secret grotto where Christmas decorations grow!
• Sarah & Duck collect some petal lights and baubles and take them home to decorate their Christmas tree, with some help from Umbrella
This is what we learn...
- Christmas trees are decorated with bright lights and baubles – there are lots to choose from at the shops!
- Sometimes you might not find the things you like – but if you sit and think, you can find new ideas
- Decorating a Christmas tree with friends is lots of fun
- You have to make the room dark to see the Christmas lights looking their glowing best!
